Subject of the General Terms and Conditions

The General Terms and Conditions regulate the relations related to the provision of the Services by Alessa.bg through the Website. The catalog part of Alessa.bg is available for viewing by all. The registration in the website allows Alessa.bg to receive reliable information about the users who want to place an order.

Goods subject to sale

The subject of sale are the Goods offered on the Website at the time of making a purchase request by the User. 
The goods sold through the Website are described by type and quality. Refunds for purchased product are made after acceptance of the shipment by us, after we make sure of its integrity! 
The refund is made by bank transfer within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

Rights and obligations of the User

The User has the right to view, order and receive the Goods from the Website under the terms and conditions specified therein. 
The User has the right to be informed about the status of his/her Order. 
The User has the right to delivery of the ordered Goods to the specified delivery address, after confirmation by phone or e-mail from us. 
The user is fully responsible for the protection of his/her username and password, as well as for all actions performed by him/her or by a third party using the username and password. The user is obliged to immediately notify Alessa.bg and the relevant authorities of any case of unauthorized access to his/her username and password, as well as whenever there is a danger of such use. 
The User is obliged to pay the price of his/her Order according to the method specified on the Website.

Alessa.bg does not have the obligation and the objective possibility and does not control the way in which the Users use the provided Services. 

Alessa.bg has the right, but not the obligation, to store materials and information used/located on the server of Alessa.bg. 

Alessa.bg has the right to send a weekly newsletter to the Users of the website if they agree. This newsletter contains current promotions, new products, news for upcoming holidays, fresh gift ideas, etc. 

Alessa.bg guarantees to its Users the confidentiality of the provided information and personal data. The latter will not be used, provided or brought to the notice of third parties except in the cases and under the conditions specified in these General Terms and Conditions.
