SEAMLESS REPLACEMENT AND RETURN

With Alessa the risk of online shopping is minimized! 

Dear Alessas,

You can replace or return any product purchased from us within 100 days from the date of receipt for an unlimited period of time - a lifetime right of reflection in Alessa! (Exceptions are only orders with Alessa mask gifts.)

If there is a problem with the shipment you received - inappropriate size or you just do not like it and it does not meet your expectations - please contact us at: 0700 20 660. We will explain in detail the process of replacement or return.

* Items that are made to individual customer requirements/sizes are not subject to replacement or return.

REPLACEMENT

If you want to replace the received product for another size or another item, please contact us at: 0700 20 660 and we will explain the steps to proceed with the replacement.  

All you have to do is send your shipment to us without cash on delivery to an Econt office or to the address we will give you. You can do it with a courier company of your choice. You bear the shipping costs of sending the shipment to us, and we take responsibility for getting the replacement product back. The return items must not be worn, washed or ironed, must not have undergone any treatments or actions that violated their integrity, and must be sent in their original packaging with labels (without being removed).

As Alessa delivers all its items FREE OF CHARGE, further subsequent deliveries upon request for REPLACEMENT or RETURN shall be borne by the customer. Holders of ALESSA Membership cards can enjoy a free replacement or return.

Please do not remove the label from the item before trying it on.

RETURN

If you want to return an item purchased from us, you must contact us at: 0700 20 660. We will explain how to fill out the return form. Again, you can send it to an Econt office or use the services of a courier company of your choice. Once we receive the return items, we will inspect them carefully to make sure the meet the return requirements (not worn, washed or ironed, and with the original packaging and labels). Then, within 14 days, we will refund the amount by bank transfer to the IBAN specified by you in the replacement and return form.

As Alessa delivers all its items FREE OF CHARGE, further subsequent deliveries upon request for REPLACEMENT or RETURN shall be borne by the customer. Holders of ALESSA Membership cards can enjoy a free replacement or return.

We have only 2 important conditions:

1) The item must not show any traces of treatment - it must not be worn, washed and/or ironed

2) The item must have a preserved commercial appearance and be accompanied by a receipt, original packaging and labels (without being removed!).

All shipments are opened before the amounts are paid back. Once we make sure that the shipment meets the above conditions, the amount will be paid back to you by bank transfer within 14 days.
