The cut and design of the skirt are great, the fabric is very nice, flowing and heavy. The material itself is quite pleasant to wear. I give it a 4 because the fabric wrinkles (which is not very noticeable when worn, since the cut fits closely to the body) and the cut seems a bit short to me, rather a bit tight (especially tightly fitting in the waist area). I decided to keep the skirt because the model and quality are really rarely found in this type of skirts.
